What size should I order?
We recommend ordering your true size as we have designed our pieces with the perfect fit in mind.

How will I know my order was successful?
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will get another email with a tracking code to monitor your shipment.

How long does it take to ship?

How do I change or cancel my order?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email us at help@desiredstudios.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we can no longer make changes.

Do you offer returns?

My item is faulty, what do I do?
If you receive a faulty item, email us at help@desiredstudios.com so we can resolve it as soon as possible.

Will I need to pay import/duties fees?
All import and duties fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are working to expand distribution to minimize these charges in the future.
